THE rare AEG D.I is given the plans feature treatment with 1:72 scale GAs from Colin A Owers and two rare archive photos-an ideal subject for scratchbuilding or scaling up for a large F/F or  R/C flying model.Colin also contributes five pages of colour notes for the 1918 Pfalz D.XII German fighter with Metheun equivalent colours taken from study of the AWM's preserved example and there are two paint chips matched to genuine source material. In addition the author presents 11 monotone drawings featuring colourful Jasta examples.We also offer some rare Bristol factory close-up photos of the legendary Bristol Fighter and there's a fully- illustrated look at the preserved Anatra DS in Prague's Technical Musem together with a further four monotone side profiles by CAO.Plenty of classic kits are reviewed such as Libramodel's Bristol Fighter vacform; Classic-Plane DFW T.28 Floh and Fokker D.I vacs,plus Formaplane Lohner C.I and stacks more like these announced in the vintage adverts sprinkled though this issue Slightly creased,our copy remains  in good condition and also includes an original A4 Albatros Sales leaflet announcing a variety of new books, plans and model kits that we sold and distributed to a captive audience back in the good old days...
