ONE OF THE BEST!

Wingnut Wings made a cracking job of the WWI German DFW C.V producing two highly detailed kitsets in 1:32 scale-this is the mid production version. This superbly detailed and beautifully presented kit is in mint order and comes with three after-market packages to further enhance your build. The kit parts are still in the factory sealed bags as is the enormous decal sheet and ancilliary brass etch detail set. We have just this one example available.

AN ALBATROS FOR THE ACOLYTES!

RELEASED IN November 2015, Wingnut Wings kit 32046 was fully reviewed in the Spring 2016 edition of WINDSOCK WWC and since it has been unavailable for some time we have scanned the relevant pages for presentation here. Hard copies are in the box along with three pages of archive and close-up photos that appeared in the same issue to aid those building this quite extraordinary model kit. Over 150 parts include a generous number of alternative parts and expansive decal sheets present authentic laminated wood sections to cover the fuselage. The kit on offer is mint, a few box creases aside, with none of the  factory-sealed bags having been opened. and includes some extras in the shape of two proper metal spoked wheels with rubber tyres and GasPatch turnbuckles. The excellent instruction booklet provides hyper-detailed building stages, many archive close up images and Ronny Bar's superb art offers the perfect guides for five markings' options on one of the decal sheets. This Albatros Early version was one of Wingnut's very best and it's such a shame we never got to see the Late version and other planned variants.
