Same sea, different mission;on a peaceful Adriatic afternoon a student pilot steers his Macchi M.7ter trainer towards Portorose,annexed to Italy following collapse and defeat of the Austro-Hungarian empire.The M.7 had been designed to conquer these very skies, but arrived too late to prove itself in battle.
