AEROGUIDE 9, HAWKER HUNTER F.Mk. 6/ T.Mk. 7
When Roger Chesneau and I wrote and produced this book in 1985, the very last official RAF sortie of single seat Hunters had recently flown from RAF Brawdy to RAF St. Athan for medium-term storage thus ending the type's almost 30 year operational service.Following an historical introductory section, the book really comes alive with 58 close up detail shots in monochrome and a further eight in full colour. For modellers of this elegant RAF jet fighter, the content could hardly be bettered. The book also includes 1:72 scale monotone drawings depicting various markings and colours of the Hunter in RAF service from 1960 to 1984.The rear cover also provides a colour profile. There are a few creases and some browning on pages but this a complete example and this single copy is signed by co-author Ray Rimell.
