43. Halberstadt C1.IV

This lightened version of the Halberstadt CL.II-see Datafile 157-proved equally popular with its crews. Three rare surviving examples were restored in the 1980s and Peter Grosz's fascinating book contains extra detail photo coverage as a result along with Ian Stair's  1:48 and 1:72 scale drawings.Detailed colours and markings notes and 1918 technical reports close out this unique monograph with three rear cover profiles by series editor Ray Rimell offering some striking  variations for modellers.
