This special edition of the popular Wingnut Wings Fokker E.II Eindecker kitset 32603 comes with a host of extras unique to this shop! They include brass-etched wings and tail feathers creating the delicate structure of these surfaces; extra etched detail parts; an additional decal sheet; two resin engine kits; resin 3D printed machine guns; an alternative pilot figure of Max himself and seatbelt harness laser-printed with PE hardware! All parts are in mint condition-one only!
RELEASED on 9 October 2018, this was a a new boxing of the earlier original E.II kit marketed as a special 'Max Immelmann' edition complete with appropriate decals and a resin standing figure-unpainted. One of these now rare kits is available here and includes a bumper bundle of extra parts that takes it out of the ordinary. As well as the original 129 plastic parts in their unsealed bags, shipping with this unique package are the following items:
*RB-P32032 Wing Conversion set by R B Productions that contains elaborate photo etch sheets of fretted ribs, spars and edges for both wings, tailplanes and rudder, designed to fit not only this kit but the E.III and E.IV kits too.Comes in its own box and includes full assembly instructions but you will need a steady hand!
Also with this package are *Toms Modelworks #505 spoked wheels in PE; spare etch from the WNW DH2/Eindecker Duellists' set; *HGW Models' 132512 Fokker E.II/E.III seat belts and hardware; *TWO resin Oberursel engine kits from Taurus Models covering UI and U.0 versions; a pair of *GasPatch Spandau guns early pattern (15-32072); and also a *Model Cellar unpainted resin Max Immelmann figure as an alternative to the kit version.Colour painting notes are included. Finally, a word about decals. The original Immelmann sheet is included but some smaller items have been removed. To make up the shortfall, an almost complete bonus decal sheet from the WNW late version Fokker E.III kit is shipped in the packed-out box.
