RETURN OF RODEN'S REMARKABLE RAIDER!
HERE is the G.IV version with many common parts from the previous G.II/G.III kit but this one includes two new frames [ B and D ] along with a far more extensive decal sheet presenting six options.* This time the parts are moulded in pale buff and a few of them bear some flash that needs careful eradication. As with all these Gotha kits, the surface detail is first rate and their overall accuracy is praiseworthy. Our kit is in mint condition and includes some great extras in the form of a Brengun PE detail set and Techmod's excellent decals with their six markings' options offering multiple choices of finish.

THIS is the second in the Roden Gotha bomber series and is much the same as its predecessor but includes two new runners B and D with revised fuselage and wing panels. The kit also utilises some of the 'spare' parts from the common frames-in particular the late SSW-built 232/17 with its ungainly fuselage undercarriage [Stossfahrgestell] unit to prevent landing nose-overs the type was prone to: this is just one of the generous six decal options provided...Moulded in a pale buff plastic, some parts exhibit slight flashing but none are overly serious. Overall accuracy is mostly exemplary, with close allegiance to Ian Stair's scale drawings in our Gotha! Special with particular attention being paid to interior layouts and new fuselage halves surface detail. An excellent decal sheet provides both Eiserne and Balkan kreuze styles for the examples offered with colour panels and personal markings in their correct styles. Serial numbers include G.IV 410/16; 604/16; 232/17; 983/16 and 991/16-the latter pair being LVG-built Gothas.

Included with our G.IV kit are a mint example of Brengun's BRL 72233 detailed PE set for the kit which will add even further gravitas, whilst another as-new inclusion is Techmod's decal set 72129 with six alternative sets of markings for overall 'sky' coloured examples-full colour painting guides are provided.
