Produced in France by JMGT*, this is a high-quality resin kit of the Hanriot HD.1 fighter biplane that served so well in Belgian and Italian air units during WWI. This detailed and accurate model (a fully upgraded version of a previous release) also includes white metal and photo-etched parts, vac-form cowlings and windscreens, plus two decal sheets offering a choice of seven colourful examples. THIS is a genuine collectors' item first produced in Valmondois, France during 1989 by JMGT. Our example is the re-issued 1993 version: a far superior product mostly of resin but including white metal parts; photo-etched details; a pair of clear moulded acetate windscreens; two vac-form cowlings and a pair of decal sheets offering over half a dozen colourful examples of the popular French fighter biplane. Detailed Anglo-French instruction leaflets provide adequate guidance with assembly and painting guides for trouble-free assembly. Surface detail is restrained and apart from one elevator adrift from the tailplane,the contents are in very good condition-and complete. Comes in the original stout lidded box-one only.
