STAR-SPANGLED SPAD!

Mint example of the superb Dragon SPAD 13 kit 5902 in colourful post-war 'Showbird ' decor released in 1992 and which includes an excellent PE sheet of details and thin wire for rigging. As well as Reed -Chambers' patriotic markings, we have provided a comprehensive collection of alternative finishing options with AeroMaster of the USA, Print-Scale from Russia and Australian PD Decals bonus decal sheets offering a total of over a dozen wartime subjects from four nations. In addition, there are some randomly-sourced vintage SPAD XIII decals from our own spares box together with a hand-carved wood French airscrew-all to 1:48 scale.

 THIS excellent SPAD XIII formed part of Dragon's 'Knights of The Sky Series' in the early 1990s and sporting colourful post-1918 'Showbirds' decor. It comes with PE detail parts, rigging wire and decals for Lt. Reed-Chambers' famous 94th USAS 'Stars and Stripes'-marked aircraft. One of the best 1:48 scale injection-moulded kits of the classic French WWI fighter, our extras-laden example is in mint condition with all parts re-sealed in new polythene bags for added protection.

Our exclusive package also includes a trio of high-quality bonus SPAD decal packs! *AeroMaster 48-075 contains two sheets of markings for 22nd and 94th AEF/USAS aircraft; a pair of French machines from SPA.48 and SPA.65 (Nungesser); an Italian example from the 91e plus two options for the 1:48 scale Blue Max SPAD VII kit-a Belgian comet-marked SPAD of the 10th Esc. and aircraft '3' from SPA.99.The crisply-printed set includes detailed instructions and camouflage layouts for all seven subjects.

 *Print-Scale 48-047 with markings for Lts. Frank Luke, Ralph Hartmann and David Putnam of the 27th,93rd and 139th Aero Squadrons respectively. There are also markings for Lt. Biddle's SPAD XIII 'canon' which would suit the 1:48  scale JMGT resin kit. 

*PD Decals' sheet 48-008 offers markings for one of Frank Luke's Balloon-busting SPADs plus Dolan's and Larner's machines in service with the 103rd Lafayette Escadrille.

As well as all these, there's some unused  SPAD XII items culled from our own decal bank, plus a hand-carved wood airscrew completing a truly unique bumper bundle-and a real bargain!
