1:48 ALBATROS BOOK/DECAL PACK!

THIS decal pack is for all you Albatros fans! As well as a copy of Albatros Scouts Described by Charles Schaedel published by Kookaburra Technical Publications in a 1971 second edition, this unique presentation includes a number of decals suitable for Roden and Eduard model kits to 1:48 scale.There are two examples of Scalemaster's 1990 IPMS Spruce Goose decals for D.Va 'Stropp' representing the fully restored original displayed at the Smithsonian in Washington DC. The backing sheets are a little faded but the decals are not,nevertheless I would recommenced a few gloss clear coats to reseal them just in case.There's also AeroMaster Decals'  48-182 Albatros Collection Part II with two D.III examples and a pair of DV.a subjects. Spread over two sheets these offer markings for Jastas 5,43,49 and 59 aircraft and are sharply printed. Four spare bolts of four-colour 'lozenge'  also included.

The 24 page monograph provides 1:48 scale drawings of all the main D types , a good selection of period images, colour and mono profiles and full history.The cover is somewhat jaded but the contents are complete!
